All credits will be processed with in 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping. All packages refused by the customers will be charged the return shipping charges.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions. All purchases from E9-Design are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
